Position: Manager, Culture & Inclusion (Hybrid)
* Passion for initiating action-oriented solutions a must!
* Experience of working within large and complex organizations.
* Proven history of facilitating large initiatives with multiple senior stakeholders.
* Strong communicator - written and verbal - and exceptional at collaborating with colleagues at all levels.
* Learning mindset with a clear interest in being curious and creative, and a capacity to quickly absorb new concepts.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision yet also be a team player.
* DEI-related project management a plus.
* Financial industry experience a plus.
* Knowledge of industries where GRI and PGIM compete.
* Strategic thinking and solution ideation, with evidence of contribution to team strategy and outcomes.
