Position: Business Analyst - Group Insurance Product & Underwriting.(Hybrid)
* ## Collaborate with senior analysts and stakeholders to gather, assess, and document business needs for sales enablement, underwriting, and quoting processes.* ## Create mockups, wireframes, or visual aids to demonstrate requirements and proposed solutions.* ## Map current and future state processes and integrations using tools such as Miro or Visio.* ## Facilitate workshops and meetings to clarify requirements, document feedback, and build consensus.
* ## Drive stakeholder buy-in on requirements and document decisions for traceability and change control.* ## Contribute ideas to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.* ## Support initiatives that leverage customer insights to improve or redesign the current experience.* ## Strong written and verbal communication skills.* ## Ability to facilitate meetings, workshops, and collaborative sessions to drive requirements clarity and alignment.
* ## Experience or aptitude in creating mockups, wireframes, or process maps.* ## Interest in learning business analysis, Agile practices, and process documentation.* ## Organizational skills and attention to detail.* ## Ability to work collaboratively, take direction, and develop new skills in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

* ## Bachelor’s degree (or progress toward degree) in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.* ## Exposure to or experience in Underwriting, Group Insurance, or Quoting processes.* ## Internship or coursework related to business analysis or insurance is a plus.* ## Familiarity with Agile methodologies is helpful but not required. Tool Experience (a plus, but not required):* ## Miro or Visio (for process mapping and visual design)* ## JIRA or RALLY or COPADO (for Agile project tracking) - Excel and Word (for documentation and reporting)
