Position Summary
The Chief Financial Officer will serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO, Board, and private equity sponsors. The CFO will lead all aspects of financial management, including accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, audit, and M&A integration, while ensuring discipline, transparency, and compliance across the organization.
The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in job cost accounting, cash flow management, AR management, and success leading a finance team in a high-growth company. He or she will be equally adept at the strategic (financial modeling, capital structure, value creation planning) and the tactical (month‑end close, cash management, reporting). This is a "player/coach" role suited to a leader who thrives in high‑growth, entrepreneurial settings.
This role offers a competitive compensation package including base salary, annual performance bonus, and a meaningful equity participation opportunity aligned with private equity ownership.
