The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in job cost accounting, cash flow management, AR management, and success leading a finance team in a high-growth company. He or she will be equally adept at the strategic (financial modeling, capital structure, value creation planning) and the tactical (month‑end close, cash management, reporting). This role offers a competitive compensation package including base salary, annual performance bonus, and a meaningful equity participation opportunity aligned with private equity ownership.
