* Education:

** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Experience:

** 5+ years in financial governance, expense allocation, management consulting or related roles, with exposure to cross-functional collaboration.
* ** Knowledge:
** Solid understanding of fund structures, expense policies, and regulatory requirements; ability to apply these in operational contexts.
* *
* Skills:

** Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to support decision-making and explain complex concepts clearly.
* ** Technical Proficiency:
** Familiarity with financial systems, workflow tools, and willingness to learn new technologies to enhance processes.
* ** Analytical Strength:
** Ability to interpret complex data with precision and apply strong problem-solving skills to support effective decision-making.
* ** Organizational Agility:
** Skilled at managing multiple priorities and adapting to shifting demands in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* ** Collaborative Approach:
** Proven experience working across functions, building relationships, and contributing to team success through partnership and alignment.
