Senior Analyst, Data Integrity

What You Will DoIn PGIM Fixed Income, the Data Integrity Group ensures the highest quality indicative data and analytical values for fixed income securities.
- Interact closely with portfolio analysts and other stakeholders to troubleshoot data or risk issues.
- Collaborate with Operations teams, Portfolio Managers, Traders, Investment Risk Management, Quantitative Modelers, and other cross‑functional partners.
- Coordinate work performed within the function, allocate resources, and evaluate existing data controls; create and implement new controls to increase data integrity.
- Prioritize Data Governance activities, meet all deadlines, and monitor data quality metrics while remediating issues on an ongoing basis.
- Manage Aladdin issue resolution and new data/enhancement requests with the Blackrock Solutions team.
- Explore artificial intelligence applications to security data modeling, data quality rule creation, and data issue identification.
- Lead projects and support a production environment, documenting business requirements, allocating resources, training staff, and developing innovative solutions.
- Interface with external vendors, consultants, and clients; collaborate with internal technology teams to set priorities.
- Supervise audits of the data integrity function and processes, liaising with auditors, regulatory agencies, and consultants.
- Ensure compliance with SOC‑1 and Sarbanes‑Oxley requirements and maintain all policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and technical assistance to staff members when requested.
- Promote inclusive behavior and uphold PGIM’s cultural values.
- 3+ years of fixed income experience with proven product knowledge.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Strong ability to independently solve problems using innovative and creative thinking.
- High attention to detail.
- Understanding of complex data structures and their impact on other groups and downstream systems.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Enjoyment of a fast‑paced, high‑intensity environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Analytical and technical skills;
Microsoft Excel required. Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI strongly preferred. - Programming skills in Visual Basics and SQL a plus.
- Experience with one or more of Blackrock Aladdin or Bloomberg.
- Passion for financial markets, products, and the investment management process.
- Entrepreneurial spirit willing to take on additional responsibility quickly.

- Annual base salary range from $115,000 to $120,000 (location dependent). Eligibility for discretionary annual cash bonus and long‑term incentive awards is also available.
