We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering team in Newark, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates, including recent graduates and students seeking their first professional role in mechanical engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design and development of mechanical components and systems.
  • Prepare technical drawings and 3D models using CAD software.
  • Support product testing, validation, and performance analysis.
  • Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues and recommending improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and procurement.
  • Participate in prototype development and product improvements.
  • Maintain engineering documentation and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field (2025/2026 graduates encouraged).
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical design principles and engineering fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with CAD software (Solid Works, AutoCAD, or similar).
  • Understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and thermodynamics basics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Must be currently residing in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)
  • Internship, co-op, or academic project experience.
  • Exposure to product design, HVAC, manufacturing, or industrial systems.
  • Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
  • Familiarity with simulation tools such as ANSYS or similar software.
