Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive compliance programs tailored to each company within the group.
• Serve as a resource for compliance questions or concerns and promote a safe and healthy work environment.
• Audit the work of HSE Coordinators and provide guidance to ensure alignment with program requirements.
• Work independently with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment; maintain effective written and verbal communication.

What it takes?

• 5+ years of experience within a construction safety role
• 2+ years of experience with construction safety management
• OSHA 500 certification
• Frequent national travel, nearly 75%, which may include extended durations; ability to commit to long-term onsite projects
• Valid driver’s license for the applicable vehicle and a permissible driving record
• Previous experience with the Army Corps of Engineers and/or municipal projects (desired)
• MSHA experience (desired)

Salary

The salary range for this position is $93,000 - $128,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position. Pay will be determined based on an individual’s skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
