• Project manager who has experience managing projects in the commercial, academic, and life sciences sector with a minimum of 12 years of experience.
• Experience being the prime consultant and managing outside sub-consultants such as architects, structural, civil engineers, and owners.
• Collaborate and coordinate with internal engineering departments, architects and contractors
• Experience writing proposals, estimating A/E fees, and presenting qualifications of teams.
• Management of schedule and budgets for a multitude of projects
• Responsible for client communications
• Should have a knowledge of technical terms and be able to have a good rapport with outside partners
• Manages QC and deliverables as well as deadlines

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Architecture
• Master’s & PE license preferred
• Commitment to sustainability
• Fluency in MS Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook and cloud tools. Strong communication and computer skills are required.
• Working knowledge of BIM and Revit
• The preferred candidate will have excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills
• Prior experience in project managing projects in an E or A or A/E consulting firm is necessary.
