Mechanical Project Manager responsible for delivering all project objectives for assigned projects including planning, scope, schedule and budget, team coordination, stakeholder communication, risk management, resource management, quality assurance, and reporting.

• Oversee and perform engineering calculations and assessments to determine best practice mechanical design solutions.
• Conduct and lead field investigations, HVAC load studies, energy modeling, and code reviews.
• Produce quality control for mechanical/plumbing design documents for bidding and construction.
• Supervise junior staff and review design documents.
• Coordinate project designs with client specifications and code requirements.
• Serve as project manager on various mechanically driven facilities projects of varying sizes and types.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, accounts receivable and manpower requirements.
• Develop Project Management plans for assigned projects.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering from an ABET accredited university program.
• 12+ years experience in specialized discipline.
• Professional Engineer License or EIT with ability to obtain PE within 6 to 12 months.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, building load simulation programs (IESVE and Carrier HAP preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

• Professional Engineer License.
• CAPM or PMP certification.
• Experience with local clients at state/federal level.
• Project management and business development experience.
