• Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university
• New Jersey Department of Education Certificate in Supervisor (0106)
• Minimum of three (3) years successful experience in teaching the related content area or related experience

• Facilitate the growth and development of teachers working collaboratively with peers
• Assist teachers in curriculum alignment, articulation, integration, and implementation across grade levels
• Teach demonstration lessons and serve as a peer coach and mentor for staff
• Provide opportunities for teachers to develop effective instructional techniques, strategies, and professional behaviors
• Maintain knowledge of New Jersey Student Learning Standards for curriculum, assessment, and instruction
• Attend and participate in ongoing professional development activities
• Enhance teachers’ knowledge of content and management skills
• Analyze and communicate student assessment data, and make program recommendations based on data analysis
• Report on the progress of program initiatives
• Perform other duties consistent with specific contractual terms of employment as assigned by the Principal
• Monitor implementation of the school district’s approved content program per student needs
• Attend and participate in in‑service workshops
• Assist classroom teachers and aides in using new technological equipment and supplementary materials
• Perform other duties and tasks assigned by supervisor

Principal

• Salary range: $92,000 – $128,000 (pending negotiations)
• Employment period:
  Eleven (11) months
• Union affiliation: CASA
