• Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university
• New Jersey Department of Education Supervisor Certificate (0106)
• New Jersey Visual and Performing Arts Teaching Certificate
• Minimum of three (3) years successful teaching experience in the related content area or related experience

• Facilitate the growth and development of teachers through collaboration
• Assist in curriculum alignment, articulation, and implementation across grade levels
• Teach demonstration lessons and serve as a peer coach and mentor
• Support teachers in developing effective instructional techniques and professional behaviors
• Maintain knowledge of New Jersey Student Learning Standards
• Participate in ongoing professional development
• Analyze student assessment data and recommend program improvements
• Report on program progress
• Perform duties as assigned by the Principal
• Monitor implementation of district content programs
• Attend in-service workshops
• Assist in integrating new technological tools and materials
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Reports To: Principal

Salary Range: $92,000 - $128,000

Employment Period: Eleven (11) months
