About the Position

RWJBarnabas Health, New Jersey’s largest integrated healthcare system, is actively recruiting OB/GYN physicians to join our dedicated team at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in Newark, NJ. This opportunity offers a blend of obstetrics and gynecology, with teaching and mentorship opportunities alongside OB/GYN residents.

Physicians in this role will work primarily at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, with rotational responsibilities (2-3 days per week) at Newark Community Center in Newark, New Jersey. All deliveries and surgical procedures will be performed at Newark Beth Israel, a hospital known for its specialized programs and cutting-edge technology.

Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this position is $300,000 to $485,000 per year. The compensation offered will depend on factors including the candidate’s educational background, skills, and professional experience.

Position Highlights

  • Schedule:
    Full-time, flexible scheduling options, with shared call coverage 1-2 calls per month.
  • Patient Care:
    Inpatient and outpatient services, handling a wide range of OB and Gyn cases.
  • Onsite Support Services: MFM/Perinatal/Urogyn/GynONC services available onsite.
  • State of the art labor and delivery unit: 2,800 deliveries per year.
  • Team:
    Work alongside a team of experienced physicians, residents, midwives, and skilled support staff.
  • Technology:
    Access to cutting-edge technology including multiple DaVinci robots. Dedicated robotics team including CRNFAs.
  • EMR:
    Epic across RWJBarnabas Health.
