Position Overview

We are seeking an Intermediate Architect with 8 to 12 years of professional experience to support the design and technical delivery of architectural projects. The successful candidate must have strong experience developing architectural construction details and the ability to work collaboratively under the direction of multiple Project Managers. Experience working on architectural projects in the United States is required. We have HYBRID work schedule requiring a minimum of three days of work from our Newark office.

Missions

/ Main Duties
  • Prepare architectural drawings and construction documents for all project phases.
  • Develop architectural construction details that are technically sound, coordinated, and buildable.
  • Utilize Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools for project documentation.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously under different Project Managers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants.
  • Participate in project meetings and technical coordination.
  • Demonstrate willingness to learn and grow professionally.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
  • 8 to 12 years of experience on US‑based projects.
  • Experience preparing construction documents and construction details.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
  • Knowledge of NY and/or NJ building codes.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Registered Architect or pursuing licensure.
  • Experience with NYC School Construction Authority (SCA) projects.
  • Experience with public sector or transit projects.
Software Skills
  • Required:

    Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office.
  • Preferred:
    Adobe Creative Suite, Navisworks, Rendering Tools.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $85,. Salaries are based on education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
