Position: Junior Graphic Designer, Proxy Communications (Hybrid, Newark, NJ or NYC)

** Responsibilities
* ** Design and format proxy statements, annual reports, and related shareholder materials
* Apply established brand guidelines while ensuring regulatory and compliance standards are met
* Prepare layouts, charts, tables, and infographics for print and digital distribution
* Revise documents based on client and internal feedback with speed and accuracy
* Ensure consistency in typography, formatting, and visual hierarchy
* Perform quality checks to confirm accuracy of design elements and alignment with source files
* Collaborate with senior designers and production teams to meet tight market driven deadlines
* Organize and maintain project files according to team standards
** Qualifications
* ** Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
* 0 to 2 years of professional design experience, internship experience considered
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat
* Strong typography and layout skills
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
* Ability to follow detailed instructions and work in a structured production environment
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Accuracy and precision
* Time management
* Adaptability in a deadline driven environment
* Willingness to learn complex regulatory requirements
* Team oriented mindset
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Experience working with long document layout
* Exposure to financial, legal, or regulated communications
* Basic understanding of print production processes
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite Compensation Range:
The salary range for this position is between $55,000 - $60,000.Bonus Eligibility:
Bonus Eligible Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
