As a Customer Success Specialist you will provide high level support to 30‑50 automotive dealerships within a defined area. Acting as a consultant, you will ensure customers fully utilize our software, delivering both on‑site and video conference support—approximately 80% on‑site and 20% remote.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Must be a self‑starter with good time‑management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills
• Ability to build strong customer relationships
• Must have a valid driver’s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
• Ability to travel, with overnight hotel stays, up to 50% during training period (approximately 6 months). After training, must be able to travel approximately 3 nights/month.
• Must have reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing
