Commercial Superintendent Key Qualifications:
- Proven background in managing Commercial Construction Projects as a Commercial Superintendent
- Strong tenure and experience in both ground-up and interior commercial construction
- Ability to lead and manage projects independently with minimal oversight
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, key to success as a Commercial Superintendent
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver quality results under pressure
- A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred, though not required
