Field Inspector Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of five years roofing industry experience
• Ability to travel in order to meet the demands of our clients in the tri-state area with occasionally travel outside the region
• Knowledge of commercial roofing industry processes, materials, and methods
• Ability to read and understand detailed commercial roofing project plans and specifications, have knowledge of different commercial roofing systems, and understand commercial roofing installation methods
• Must be tech savvy (Microsoft Office platform, proprietary web and mobile based roofing applications is required)
• Excellent time management and organizational skills are a requirement for our roofing field inspectors
• RRO and RRC professional certifications, as well as Level I, II or III thermographer certifications are highly desired, but not required
• Must be a self-starter who is driven, sales-oriented, and is able to foster professional relationships with both peers and clients
