- Conduct assessments and analyze data to determine current and future space management and occupancy planning needs
- Coordinate occupancy planning projects and develop occupancy scenario plans
- Engage with stakeholders to develop innovative solutions for space requests
- Facilitate meetings and manage customer expectations regarding space planning
- Report on program updates, highlighting risks and opportunities
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2–3 years of experience in space utilization and occupancy planning or related disciplines
- Strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams
- Ability to analyze data sets and operate various technologies and database applications
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or related experience in lieu of degree
- Change Management experience, including developing and implementing workplace strategies
- Familiarity with architectural drawings and space planning concepts
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Demonstrated flexibility in adapting to rapidly evolving business needs
