This opportunity entails leading business and client development efforts for a large or multiple office(s) or division especially related to toll agency clients. The Business Development Director partners with Line Leaders & Client Service Leaders on implementing HNTB’s Sophisticated Planning Approach (SPA) and supports the Sophisticated Sales Approach (SSA) process as assigned by supervisor. Responsible for partnering with Division leadership to develop and execute client strategic plans, external relationship plans and other client focus strategies.
This position may also assume the role of Client Service Leader and/or Pursuit Champion for assigned client(s).
