We’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven professional with a passion for building relationships and driving business growth. Starting salary- $70,000 - $80,000/yr., based on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand partnerships across Professional, Skilled Industrial, Pharmaceutical/Healthcare, Legal, IT, and Financial sectors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering tailored staffing solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Represent J & J Staffing at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
  • Present our services to decision-makers and hiring managers, addressing staffing challenges and driving long-term success.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and labor market shifts to uncover new opportunities.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of B2B sales experience (staffing/recruiting industry preferred).
  • Proven success selling into one or more target industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with video conferencing and Linked In Sales Navigator.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with daily prospecting and cold calls.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
