Position is hybrid (two days in the office) until Labor Day and then will require full time in the office.

• Supports vendor management responsibilities for System-wide benefits programs and may include direct accountability for a generally lower impact/low complexity program.
• Research and respond to inquiries from vendors, stakeholders, plan participants and Federal Reserve System partners like Payroll.
• Prepares reporting and works with Office of Employee Benefits team members to prepare analytics for the team to assess program engagement.
• Outlines key points of routine benefits communications for dedicated communications team.
• Ad hoc projects and tasks

Details:

• Broad experience in benefit plans' administration, operations (payroll and/or recordkeeping) and data analysis
• Understanding of governmental plans and Internal Revenue Code (IRC) provisions governing qualified and non-qualified benefits plans
• Ability to manage third party vendors and build productive business relationships.
• Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage complex projects
• Bachelor's Degree or 4 years equivalent experience preferred
