Our team has passion for their work and the company’s impact on healthcare costs.
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to initially take ownership of our new externally facing customer portal, followed by future products we will be launching. This is a high visibility, high-growth potential position. The portal is a mission-critical application for the continued rapid growth of our business. Because we are still a small company, you will initially wear three hats:

This is a player‑coach role where you’ll be hands‑on with the team daily while also setting strategy, managing up to executive leadership, and team building.
Although this role resides in the Technology department, you’ll work cross‑functionally with Sales, Operations, Client Success, and directly with customers.

- Collaborate with design on wireframes and with QA on test plans.
- Bridge between technical team and business stakeholders by translating needs in both directions.
- Project Management
- Track delivery timelines and identify risks early before they become blockers.
- Provide weekly status updates to executive team on progress, risks, and achievements.
