Job Overview

As the core leader of the overseas business for biostimulants, you will lead the market access, expansion, and in-depth cultivation of the company's biostimulant products in the three strategic markets of Europe, North America, and South America. Based on in-depth insights into the regulatory dynamics, industrial trends, and customer needs of the target markets, you need to formulate and implement a forward‑looking and feasible global business strategy, build a resilient overseas channel network and customer ecosystem, lead cross‑cultural teams to exceed performance targets, and drive the company to become a core competitor in the global biostimulant industry.

Core Job Responsibilities

  • Formulation and Implementation of Global Strategy
    :
Take the lead in conducting in‑depth research on core markets including Europe (EU), North America (USA/Canada), and South America (Brazil/Argentina, etc.). Focus on analyzing the evolution trends of the EU FPR Regulation, the US AAPFCO Beneficial Substances Act, and the regulatory policies of various South American countries, as well as key information such as sustainable agricultural needs and competitor layouts in the regions.

Develop differentiated market entry and expansion strategies, clarify regional priorities, phased goals, and resource allocation plans, lead the market breakthrough from 0 to 1 and the scaled growth from 1 to N, and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of strategy implementation.
  • High‑End Customer Development and Relationship Management
    :
Focus on key customer groups such as large commercial farms, multinational agrochemical groups, regional core fertilizer distributors, and agricultural cooperatives, establish and maintain a high‑value customer network. Deeply explore customer needs, provide customized “product + technical solution” services, promote the establishment of long‑term strategic cooperative partnerships, and ensure the stable cooperation and performance contribution of core customers.
  • Market Branding and Channel Construction
    :
Plan and lead the participation in core industry events such as global biostimulant conferences and regional agricultural exhibitions, and build technical exchange and brand communication platforms. Combine the characteristics of target markets to build a diversified channel system of “direct sales + distribution”, optimize channel layout and management mechanisms, strengthen channel empowerment and control, and improve product market penetration and brand influence.
  • Compliance and Product Adaptation Management
    :
Take the lead in promoting products to meet the regulatory requirements of target markets, including EU REACH registration, CE certification, registration in various US states, and market access certification in South America. Collaborate in depth with internal R&D and production teams to promote product formula optimization, dosage form innovation, and technological upgrading based on regional crop pain points (such as European organic agriculture, South American soybean resistance management, and North American cash crop quality improvement), ensuring the core competitiveness of products.
  • Cross‑Cultural Team Management and Empowerment
    :
Build and manage overseas sales and technical support teams, and formulate clear job responsibilities and assessment systems. Design systematic training plans covering product technology, regulatory knowledge, sales skills, and cross‑cultural communication according to the characteristics of target markets and team needs. Lead the team to exceed performance indicators and create a team atmosphere with high cohesion and execution.
