When you join the Fortune team, you will embark on an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification through an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited program. You will also be trained on the business systems and procedures to be a coach in the niche market of private dental practice management.

• Strong background in business and an interest in dental.
• Clinical dental field experience (ex: Lead Dental Assistant)
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to engage and educate groups.
• Passionate about personal growth, self-improvement, and making a positive impact.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new technology.
• Coaching experience or dental administrative experience is a plus.
