You will also be trained on the business systems and procedures to be a coach in the niche market of private dental practice management.

Conduct one-on-one with doctors to enhance performance, develop skills, and stay on track for goals and objectives.
Lead group coaching sessions and workshops as needed, tracking client progress and adjusting plans accordingly.
Assess strengths and weaknesses to create tailored coaching plans and business strategies.
Help clients set and achieve professional goals, fostering leadership skills and new perspectives.
Administer behavioral assessments and provide constructive, unbiased feedback.
Establish trust with clients and referral partners through active listening and open communication.
Stay current with coaching methodologies, dental industry trends, and pursue professional development.
- Strong background in business and an interest in dental.
- Clinical dental field experience (ex: Lead Dental Assistant)
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to engage and educate groups.
- Passionate about personal growth, self-improvement, and making a positive impact.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new technology.
- Coaching experience or dental administrative experience is a plus.
