We are looking for

Project Management/Business Analysis

Newark, NJ (Hybrid – Newark NJ) - Local candidates only.

3 days onsite, 2 days WFH (currently)

Duration: 6 Months to Hire (CTH)

Prefer Permanent Residents ONLY.

Phone/Video interview followed by in person interview.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Consultant to support project management and business analysis for the investment and trading teams. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional groups to drive projects that enhance automation and business growth.

• Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects
• Review and document workflows and procedures
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into JIRA
• Facilitate project meetings and agile ceremonies
• Ensure timely, high-quality completion of deliverables

• Experience in the investment industry
• Background in business analysis and project management
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and agile methodology
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Share Point
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
