, with multiple Business Development Manager hires across key freight gateways.

These are pure new-business roles focused on international air and ocean freight. The platform, network, and operational depth are in place. The expectation is clear:

• Develop new shipper relationships across international Air & Ocean freight
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract close
• Sell solutions across air and ocean lanes, aligned to customer supply chain needs
• Work closely with operations and pricing to deliver competitive, executable solutions
• Build and manage a structured pipeline with clear revenue ownership

• Proven experience in Air & Ocean freight sales within a freight forwarding or international logistics environment
• Strong new-business mindset with the ability to open doors and close
• Disciplined approach to pipeline and forecast management
