What You’ll Do- Manage the records lifecycle by overseeing classification, retention, archiving, and secure destruction to deliver high-quality information management.
- Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to track project status and report on compliance performance to achieve organizational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with records governance and data privacy standards by identifying and implementing improvements to operational workflows.
- 1+ years of experience in records management, information management, or project coordination.
- Good knowledge of records retention schedules, data privacy, and industry compliance standards.
- Ability to work onsite full-time at our Lebanon, New Jersey location.
- Compensation: $25.00 per hour (no benefits).
- Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Project Duration: 9‑month contract assignment.
Reasonably expected salary range: $46,200.00 - $57,800.00
