Sales Services Business Operational Manager serves as the regional ambassador and operational focal point for all Sales Services activities in the United States. This role ensures seamless execution of business processes across the entire sales lifecycle—from pipeline and deal creation/approvals through post‑booking to commission. The manager supports U.S. leadership in real time and drives the adoption and optimization of key initiatives, including quoting, discounting, and deal desk operations.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Leadership & Escalation Point

  • Act as the primary Sales Services representative for the U.S., supporting managers across all time zones with operational guidance and problem resolution.
  • Provide direction and support on all Sales Services topics, including Deal Desk, Commission, Order Management, Account Services, and related cross‑functional issues.
  • Offer hands‑on business support across the entire sales lifecycle—from pipeline and deal creation/approvals through post‑booking to commission.

Project & Process Management

  • Serve as the operational bridge between U.S. managers and headquarters in Israel, managing projects and processes to improve efficiency and system utilization.
  • Identify gaps, drive solutions, and facilitate alignment between the U.S. organization and global teams.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance process standardization, adoption, and effectiveness within the Sales Services organization.
  • Improve Sales Services departments' response time in the U.S.
  • Lead enablement, training, and adoption initiatives to ensure all teams understand and comply with updated policies and processes.

Business Continuity & Operational Excellence (BCP)

  • Ensure the U.S. Sales Services organization can operate independently and effectively in both routine and emergency situations.
  • Centralize and prioritize organizational and departmental needs to strengthen resilience, responsiveness, and performance.
  • Collaborate with global teams to anticipate challenges, mitigate risks, and maintain operational readiness.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related roles within a global organization.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of sales lifecycle processes (pipeline, deal desk, quoting, order management, commission).
    • Excellent project management and process improvement skills.
    • Ability to manage cross‑functional initiatives and drive alignment across regions.
  • Technical: Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP, or similar), advanced Excel skills.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Location: Must be based in the U.S. East Coast time zone.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with global teams and bridging regional operations.
  • Familiarity with commission structures and incentive programs.
  • Change management and training experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
