Role DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to executive level leadership across Operations, Marketing, and Sales. This role requires an articulate and polished professional who will thrive in a fast-paced environment and who can seamlessly adjust priorities as business needs evolve. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and confident managing multiple high-level responsibilities, while maintaining discretion and professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities Executive Support- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives across Operations, Marketing, and Sales
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, schedule calls, and provide detailed documentation
- Help to prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and correspondence
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Assist with preparation of sales documents and pipeline summaries
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and internal communications
- Maintain CRM data integrity and assist with documentation and follow-up processes
- Support proposal preparation and client-facing materials
- Assist with interview scheduling, client and candidate communications
- Improve administrative systems and processes for efficiency
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- 5+ years of experience supporting executive-level management
- Demonstrated experience supporting Operations, Marketing and Sales
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Proven ability to prioritize and pivot quickly in a high-growth environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Linked In, and AI tools
- Experience with CRM systems
