Responsibilities
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
  • Sort and classify documents according to established protocols.
  • Retrieve and process files for internal staff and departments promptly.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of documents in compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct regular audits of filing systems to ensure integrity and accessibility.
  • Assist in the digitization of physical documents for electronic storage.
  • Support the onboarding of new employees by preparing and organizing necessary paperwork.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in administration preferred.
  • Proven experience as a file clerk or in similar administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office equipment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
