Location:

Newark, NJ (Hybrid 3 days Onsite)

Duration: 6 months Contract with Extension

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years of hands‑on experience using Primavera P6 for project scheduling
  • Strong understanding of project management and PMO practices
  • Experience with capital projects and project controls (scheduling focus)
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive‑level interaction
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage complex data
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the MS Office suite
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection standards
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMI‑SP and/or PMP Certification
