What You’ll Be Doing- Process high-volume invoices and payments in compliance with internal controls and financial procedures
- Prepare and process ACH payments, checks, and wire transfers
- Verify, code, and accurately record accounts payable transactions
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment status, issues, and account questions
- Generate and review AP aging reports
- Maintain accurate records of W‑9s, tax documentation, and compliance requirements
- Support purchase order creation and matching (PO, invoice, receipt)
- Assist with month‑end close and reporting activities
- 1+ year of Accounts Payable experience (high‑volume environment preferred)
- Hands‑on experience with ACH payments and check processing
- Experience preparing and processing invoices daily
- SAP experience strongly preferred (or similar ERP systems)
- Strong understanding of AP processes, reconciliations, and vendor management
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, basic formulas, data review)
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
