Full Charge Bookkeeper

Our client is seeking a hands‑on accounting professional to join their growing team. This role will be structured based on experience level (Full‑Charge Bookkeeper, Staff Accountant, or Staff‑Senior Accountant) but will play a critical role in supporting day‑to‑day accounting operations and partnering closely with leadership.

This position offers strong visibility within the organization and the opportunity to help rebuild and strengthen financial processes as the company enters its next chapter of growth.

• Own Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger
• Support month‑end close activities
• Assist with light financial analysis (based on level)
• Support inventory costing and tracking
• Oversee equipment tracking and fixed asset support
• Coordinate payroll processes
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records
• Partner closely with leadership on daily operations
• Support select HR‑related administrative tasks (I‑9s, training tracking, compliance items)

• Roll up sleeves and assist wherever needed
• Collaborate effectively with a highly tenured team
• Learn company products and understand operational workflows
• Build trust and credibility with leadership
• Maintain clean data integrity within Datacor (ERP experience preferred)
• Represent the finance function with professionalism, accountability, and curiosity
