Bookkeeper – Construction Company
Location: East Orange, NJ
Hours: Full-Time
Salary: $100,000+ DOE
A growing construction company in East Orange, NJ is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to manage all financial transactions, cash flow, and accounting processes.
This role is ideal for someone living in Monsey, Linden, or nearby areas who has a strong background in bookkeeping and financial management in fast‑paced environments.
Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
Manage cash flow, monitor budgets, and track expenses for construction projects
Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Collaborate with management to support financial decision‑making
Process invoices, payroll, and expense reports
Monitor project costs and financial performance
3+ Years Proven bookkeeping experience
Strong knowledge of cash flow management, accounting principles, and financial reporting a MUST
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
