Commercial Service Plumber

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Commercial Service Plumber to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial settings, ensuring all work meets safety standards and project specifications. Your expertise will help deliver reliable plumbing solutions that keep our clients' facilities running smoothly. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse set of facilities and locations doing diagnostic, service, repair, replacement, upgrades, and remodeling projects, utilizing your technical plumbing skills and mechanical knowledge to make a tangible impact.

Duties

Install, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems in commercial buildings using hand tools, power tools, and construction techniques
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts
Perform pipe threading, sweating, and assembly tasks to ensure secure connections and system integrity
Conduct remodeling projects, and system upgrades, adhering to project plans and safety protocols
Operate construction site equipment such as heavy lifting machinery and trade specific tools as needed for installation or repairs
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including schematics updates and inspection reports
Assist with site preparation, including heavy lifting, material handling, and ensuring a safe working environment

Experience

Proven service work and construction site experience with a focus on commercial plumbing projects
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, schematics, and mechanical principles relevant to commercial environments
Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding techniques, and basic math for measurements and calculations
Familiarity with construction plumbing codes, blueprint reading, and remodeling processes

Experience with assembly work, and working on construction sites involving heavy lifting or remodeling projects
Valid driver's license preferred for site visits or material transport; prior experience in construction plumbing or related fields highly valued
