** What You’ll Do
** As an
** HVAC Technician I**, you will:
* Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems to keep the building safe and comfortable.
* Use building automation systems to check performance and make repairs as needed.
* Work with BMS technicians to adjust and fix system settings.
* Help the Chief/Supervisor manage subcontractors when needed.
* Review work orders, estimate time and materials, and keep inventory stocked.
* Follow preventive maintenance plans to keep equipment running well.
* Respond quickly to emergencies and call for extra help if needed.
* Complete repair and maintenance records.
* Handle general building repairs (painting, plumbing, electrical).
* Answer internal service calls and tickets from the operations team.
* Communicate clearly and work well with others.
* Follow all safety and OSHA guidelines.
* Help train and mentor team members.###
** Qualifications
* ** High school diploma or GED.
* Universal CFC certification (required).
* 1+ years of HVAC experience or equivalent education/experience.
* Refrigeration experience required.
* Must complete OSHA 10 within 6 months of hire.
* Able to read and understand mechanical drawings and documents.
* Must work safely and protect others.###
** Other Skills
*** Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PDF).
* Able to lift 50 lbs. or more and climb stairs/ladders.
* Physical activity includes standing, walking, and stooping.###

** Schedule
* ** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Flexible start and end times)

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 31 - 52 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
