We are looking for a responsible and dependable Security Shift Lead to help ensure safety and security at our premises. The ideal candidate will manage a specific shift.
Schedule HoursMonday-Friday-7:00am-3:00pm, 3:00pm-11:00pm and 11:00pm-7:00am (will have days off)

- Assistance in applying for and obtaining a state license to work as security guard (where required)
- Flexible scheduling
- Leads officers during specific assigned shift
- Assigns post and break schedules for shift
- Acts as first point of contact for incidents during shift
- Provides guidance and support to security officer
- Reports security incidents and shift activities to the Site Supervisor and District Manager
- Ensure shift coverage and performance
- Previous experience in security, military, law enforcement, or other related fields
- Familiarity with security equipment
- Ability to handle a light physical workload. Ability to stand and/or walk assigned patrols.
- Strong attention to detail
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent
- Meet and continuously maintain grooming standards.
- Have a reliable means of transportation and a valid driver's license!
