Job Description:

As a Collections Representative, you will be responsible for managing and recovering outstanding debts for our client. Your main focus will be contacting individuals with overdue accounts, establishing payment plans, and following up to ensure timely payments. The role also includes skip tracing when needed and accurate documentation of all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact clients to collect on overdue accounts.
• Set up and manage payment arrangements.
• Handle a minimum number of accounts per hour as set by management.
• Perform skip tracing to locate clients.
• Keep detailed records of all account activity.
• Follow all FDCPA guidelines and company policies.
• Additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Full availability for training and 40-hour work weeks.
• Willingness to work at least two nights per week (until 9:00 pm).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently, manage stress, and meet deadlines.
• Highly organized and goal-driven.
• Experience in collections, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus.
• Familiarity with FDCPA regulations and credit reports preferred.
