Purpose of Position

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the driving force behind our sales initiatives, engaging with potential clients and nurturing relationships to achieve outstanding results. Your role will involve utilizing your negotiation skills and expertise in B2B sales to connect with customers through warm and outbound calling. You will leverage technology and CRM software to track interactions and ensure a seamless customer experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Engage potential clients through telemarketing and outbound calling strategies, effectively communicating our value proposition.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to identify opportunities for technical sales solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance outreach efforts, ensuring a consistent message across all platforms.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining ongoing communication with clients.
  • Develop strong relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends that impact technology sales.

Basic Qualifications
  • Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, demonstrating strong communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in negotiation techniques and closing strategies in a B2B environment.
  • Familiarity with telemarketing practices and effective outbound calling methods.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking sales activities.
  • Background in selling plastics packaging to industrial markets is highly desirable.
