The Key Lead ensures all customers receive a quality in‑store experience by acting as Floor Supervisor, guiding and coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates while driving store performance through customer experience and daily sales goals.

• Schedule varies weekly, but expect at least 12‑16 hours per week.
• Required availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays.

• High School Diploma / G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• At least one year of retail experience preferred.
• Supervisor/Managerial Experience not required.
