As a Brand Associate, you will be a vital part of our team, bringing our brand to life for customers. Your responsibilities include engaging customers, providing excellent service to foster brand loyalty, educating about products, and collaborating with your team to deliver a top-tier omni-channel shopping experience.

• Treat all customers and colleagues with respect, contributing to a positive environment.
• Promote loyalty programs and educate customers about them.
• Engage with customers to drive sales through suggestive selling.
• Enhance the customer experience using all available channels.
• Meet personal and store goals.
• Support various store functions including sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap, and back of house.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Handle customer interactions and resolve issues professionally.
• Execute operational tasks efficiently.

• Effective communicator capable of engaging with customers and team members.
• Customer-focused, providing exceptional service both on and off the sales floor.
• Passionate about retail and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem solver open to feedback and continuous improvement.
• Flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.
• Proficient with retail technology and able to lift up to 30 lbs.
