Border Cafe is a full‑service restaurant seeking a qualified Server/Bartender to join our team. We pride ourselves on excellent food, fast service, and a welcoming atmosphere. This role offers competitive pay and opportunities for growth in a dynamic environment.

• Provide excellent customer service and greet guests.
• Present menus, take and serve food and drink orders, and make suggestions based on preferences.
• Arrange and clear table settings, keep tables clean, and deliver checks.
• Communicate with kitchen and other serving staff.
• Adhere to health department rules and company service guidelines.

• Experience as a restaurant server.
• Familiarity with ordering systems.
• Critical thinking, problem‑solving, and good time‑management skills.
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Active listening skills and a customer‑centric approach.
• Excellent physical condition.
• High school diploma required; food‑safety training is a plus.

Full‑time or part‑time. Pay $15.00 – $28.00 per hour plus tips.

• 8‑hour shift, day or night.
• Monday to Friday, with holiday and weekend availability required.

Newark, DE 19713 – reliable commute or relocation before start required.

Preferred: at least 1 year of restaurant experience.
