Overnight Kitchen Supervisor

We are an innovative, chef‑inspired food service concept that serves 24/7 in a retail environment. We’re looking for an overnight Kitchen Supervisor to ensure smooth day‑to‑day kitchen operations.

• Partner with the Food Service Manager and Store Manager to inspire and train team members, boosting sales through exceptional guest experiences and top‑notch food quality 24/7.
• Uphold Dash In Brand Standards: create engaging guest experiences, maintain a spotless facility, adhere to food safety and production standards within acceptable ticket time frames, contribute to a safe environment, and follow Dash In operational guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with the Food Service Manager regarding inventory and ordering needs.
• Complete assigned tasks under the direction of the Food Service Manager and Sr. Store Manager.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean, well‑organized, fully stocked, and that equipment is well‑maintained and in optimal condition.
• Train and develop kitchen associates, helping them grow in their roles.

• Proven knowledge of kitchen processes and safety standards.
• Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or management position and prior kitchen experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required; culinary education is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and effectively solve problems.
• Comfortable using technology, including POS software.
• Strong guest‑focus with excellent people skills.

• Active Serv Safe Certification (preferred).
