Responsibilities
  • Managers lead shifts each week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
  • Some managers also lead Departments, managing assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results.
  • The Guest Service Department Manager ensures crew and managers deliver a great customer experience, promote sales effectively, train staff in service procedures, and keep the Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive‑Thru areas organized for optimal service.
  • The Kitchen Department Manager guarantees high‑quality, safe, and timely food service, controls food costs, and trains kitchen staff on production procedures including new menu items.
  • The People Department Manager hires qualified crew, provides comprehensive training, schedules staff to meet sales and profit goals, and recognizes and motivates employees.
  • Previous managerial experience, preferably in restaurants, retail, or hospitality, is preferred. We seek positive team players with flexible schedules and a passion for the fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
Qualifications

• 1+ year of managerial experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Commitment to customer service excellence and operational efficiency.
