Delaware Valley Turf is a professional turf management company headquartered in Broomall, PA, with additional locations in Doylestown, King of Prussia, and Newark, DE. We provide high-quality lawncare programs for over 9,000 residential and commercial customers including college campuses, athletic facilities, and residential properties. Our team brings hands‑on turf management experience and a practical, field‑tested approach, with a focus on consistent results, strong customer service, and supporting long‑term careers.

We believe great turf work doesn’t require burning people out. You’ll have weekends off, except for a limited number of Saturdays in the fall and vacation time is encouraged during the summer months when operations are slow. As a Lawn Care Route Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing a daily service route and delivering high‑quality turf applications while representing Delaware Valley Turf professionally in the field.

This position is well‑suited for candidates who are:

• Licensed turf professionals with formal education or significant field experience
• Individuals with golf course or athletic field maintenance backgrounds
• Lawn care or landscaping professionals ready to take on more responsibility

Experience and licensing are valued and compensated accordingly, but attitude, professionalism, and reliability matter just as much.

• Applying lawn treatments accurately and safely
• Managing and servicing an assigned route efficiently
• Communicating professionally with customers when needed
• Maintaining equipment, application records, and service notes
• Upholding company standards for safety, appearance, and customer service

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate pesticide licensing (Category 7 preferred in PA, if applicable)
• Familiarity with turf application equipment is strongly preferred
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local laws
• Strong work ethic, good manners, and a professional attitude
