Shift10-hour days, starting at 6:30 AM and ending at 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities- Scrub and circulate in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) setting
- Provide comprehensive nursing care for cardiac surgery patients
- Assist in surgical procedures and ensure sterile techniques are maintained
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure smooth operative flow
- Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards in a Level 1 Trauma facility
- Valid Delaware RN license in hand at the time of submission (Compact license preferred)
- BLS certification
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a CVOR scrub and circulating nurse
- Previous experience in a Level 1 Trauma hospital
- Experience working in high-acuity, trauma, and cardiac surgical environments
- Ability to manage on-call responsibilities effectively
- Strong teamwork and communication skills

- Shift: 10-hour days, starting at 6:30 AM and ending at 5:00 PM
- On-call requirement:
Six to eight shifts plus one full weekend every four weeks; report time for on-call is 45 minutes
Weekly Rate: $3,920
* Includes taxable hourly rate plus meals and lodging stipend.*
