Christiana Care is currently seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager الطرف (ANM) for our 29‑bed Stroke Treatment & Recovery (STAR) unit. In this role, the Assistant Nurse Houses the Nurse Manager in the clinical and administrative activities of the department in order to ensure patients the provision of quality care. The STAR unit focuses on care of stroke patients and as well as medical patients.

Responsibilities- Supervises all nursing and technical personnel:
Assess competency of staff, oversees daily staffing amizade scheduling needs of department, evaluate staff performance, counsel/coach staff member as needed. - Participates in hiring, promotion, and termination decisions.
- Functions as role model, demonstrating quality expertise and professional behaviors.
- Directs, mentors and supports all levels of staff paintings.
- Develops, implements and monitors performance improvement and patient safety initiatives.
- Identifies and develops strategies to improve the overall knowledge base and professionalism of staff.
- Analyzes administrative and operational functions; implements appropriate changes and system wide improvements.

- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.
- Master’s degree in Nursing required within 5 years.
- Three years' appropriate acute care, clinical experience required.
- Leadership experience preferred.
- Appropriate clinical certification required.
Annual Compensation Range $ – $176,280.

The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including with certain limitations such as skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
