Cardiologist- Advanced Heart Failure

The Christiana Care Center for Heart & Vascular Health is currently seeking an Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist to join and lead our Advanced Heart Failure Program at the Center for Heart & Vascular Health.

Christiana Care's Advanced Heart Failure Program at the Center for Heart & Vascular Health in Newark, DE—just 30 minutes from Philadelphia—provides nationally recognized, patient-centered care for individuals living with heart failure. The program focuses on managing symptoms, slowing disease progression, and improving patients' overall quality of life. Christiana Care is one of the top 10 largest volume heart failure hospital systems in the United States, and our multidisciplinary team of board certified Advanced Heart Failure, Noninvasive, and Interventional and Electrophysiology Cardiologists are supported by experienced nurse practitioners and Heart Failure Care Navigators in providing comprehensive cardiac assessments, innovative treatments, clinical trials and the highest level of care to all of our patients.

Christiana Care is affiliated with the Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University. In addition, the Center partners with Pennsylvania Hospital for cardiac transplantation and transplant medicine services.

• Participate in patient care through consultative and inpatient cardiac services, patient admissions under the Advanced Heart Failure/LVAD service, outpatient care in our Heart Failure Outpatient Center, on-call coverage and teaching opportunities with Christiana Care's Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology Fellowship
