Christiana Hospital is designated by the state of Delaware and verified by the American College of Surgeons as the state’s only Level I trauma center for adults in Delaware. This is the highest capability possible for a trauma center. As an integral part of Delaware’s trauma system, Christiana Care provides statewide leadership and assistance with trauma response, strategic planning and education.

Christiana Care’s trauma program collaborates with state and private emergency‑management personnel throughout Delaware to ensure that every injured person receives the same high‑quality care and best possible chance for recovery.

Our ED nurses care for patients experiencing medical, cardiac and trauma related emergencies. We seek an experienced Registered Nurse to care for the patients in our Christiana Emergency Department. Are you ready to make this exciting move?

• BSN required or commitment to obtaining within three years of date of hire.
• At least one year of experience in a med/surgical unit or ED required.
• BLS required.

This is a Full Time Flex (72 hours per pay) position. We are offering a Day/Evening schedule of 11 a.m.

- 11:30 p.m. Weekend and holiday requirements per hospital practice.
